    vfw – это video for windows
    Протыкайте в нижней части (Proposed Codec Solutions and Tests):
    а) 1-2-3 для Vid
    б) 1-2 для A/V
    По ходу протыкивания в GSpot появится мини-проигрыватель, попробуйте посмотреть через него. Скорее всего не получится, как мне кажется, но в пустом поле появится диагностика о том какие фильтры/кодеки использовались.
    Да, внезапно меня посетила мысль, связанная с незаполненной Вами конфигурацией:

    Мой компьютер
    Не указан
    Вегас случаем не 64-битный (для 64-битного вегаса нужны 64-битные кодеки)?
